Workshop Overview

Join TOYMAKER's Craft a Wooden Snake workshop, specially designed for kids aged 5-7. This hands-on experience provides young crafters with the chance to explore the wonders of forests and trees while acquiring essential woodworking skills like marking, clamping, drilling, and surface finishing. Adding to the fun, children get to choose snake heads and the colour of the rope for their wooden creations. The workshop offers an opportunity for kids to learn and put their threading and knot-tying skills to the test. This session serves as the perfect kickstart for children eager to delve into crafting and woodwork, equipping them with the skills needed for our more advanced classes. Don't miss the chance to be a part of the excitement - there are only 8 spaces in each class, so book early! AGE LIMIT: 5-7 DURATION: Approx. 1 hour. CLASS SIZE: Limited to 8 Children. SKILLS COVERED: Clamping, Drilling, Joinery, and Surface Finishing. TOOLS & MATERIALS USED: Untreated Pine Wood, Awl, Clamps, Hand Drill, Sanding Blocks, Various Grits of Sanding Paper, Rope ATTENDANCE: Please arrive 15 minutes early for important instructions from the Instructor. SAFETY REQUIREMENT: Wear closed-toe shoes for safety. Children without them cannot participate. ACCOMPANYING PARENT: 1 parent is welcome to stay, but please note that parents are not permitted to take part in the activities.


Cancellation Policy

Confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once booked, the spot is reserved exclusively for your child and cannot be allocated to others. Therefore, refunds are not applicable. Please note that if your child is unable to attend the workshop, credits or make-up classes will not be provided. Additionally, bookings cannot be transferred to future sessions or to other participants.
